Xhiusi Masha is a Research Fellow at the Environmental Law Center, University of Cologne. She holds a scholarship from Deutsche Bundesstiftung Umwelt (DBU) as part of the Fellowships for university graduates from Central and Eastern Europe. She is currently engaged in a research project focused on addressing climate issues in Albania through ESG pillars.
She holds a master's degree in Civil Law and has gained experience in corporate and commercial law while working as a Legal Associate in a Big 4 Accounting and Law firm. Additionally, Xhiusi has worked as an assistant to a Notary Public, where she practiced and extended her knowledge in contract law.
